An author can choose a book’s structure, papers, fly leaf, title page design, font, illustrations—the book becomes a “theatre” for the poems.

Poets were invited to submit work in response to a painting or photography in the Art & Ekphrastic Poetry exhibit at The Page Gallery, Camden, Maine. Ten poems were selected for this zoom reading on The Poets Corner; another ten poems selected by the artists were read live in the gallery on Saturday, November 19.
